I have got a stadium and kit sponsor but nothing shows in my team finances, why?
Sponsor payments are one-offs, you get them when you first agree the deal with the sponsor. After that there should be no sponsor payments in your finances until the next time you agree a sponsorship deal.
My team page has not been updated since the turn has run.

I need to hire staff, but how and when do staff appear for hiring?
Staff are only available in the premier games. On the staff page, at the start of every game week there is the possibility of hiring staff. A number of staff (if any at all) will appear on this page and the option to accept or decline the new applications will appear along with existing staff employed.
What are all the coloured symbols about?
The "style" color/suits are a general indication of how well players may work together. In general, blue players will work better with other blue players (for example) and blue clubs will generally work better with other blue clubs. It is only an overall guideline, however, and there will be exceptions for you to find out for yourself. There is more information about "style" in the help pages.
How many teams am I allowed to manage?
You are allowed to manage a team in each of the premier games. In addition to this, you are also allowed to manage a single team in any of the free games. However this does not include a lite game, which are used only as an introduction to the premier game.
To clarify: Managers are not allowed to manage more than one free game team. Managers are not allowed to manage multiple premier game teams in the same game.
What is the "spirit" of the game?
This is a term used to describe the way in which the owners and its community expect the game to be played, which is fairly. Cheating, being abusive to other managers, match fixing or losing on purpose is against the spirit of the game. Selling players just to ruin your own team or to help out a friend is also against the spirit of the game. Breaking these and you are likely to receive punishments (explained below) and or removal from the game.
Can I play players out of position?
Yes and no. Yes, only if you are forced to due to players being unavailable. No if there are players available. It could be viewed as cheating, trying to lose on purpose or helping out a friend. If your intention is none of the former and just to "mess around", it is against the spirit of the game and not fair to play a weakened team on the rest of the league.
Why have I been fined/docked points?
The FA Tribunal has the right to fine and/or dock points from your team if they believe a game rule has been broken or there has been an infringement on the spirit of the game. These include chat and noticeboard abuse, transfer irregularities and resigning from a team when in the middle of an agreed deal (exception may be taken when manager moves via job application process).
