Player Morale

A happy player is more confident, has a higher work rate and has a good influence on the rest of his team mates. An unhappy player may not be giving his full effort and so not performing to his best ability.

Players may start to become unhappy if their team is relegated or they feel they could easily get a game for most teams in the division above. Morale tends towards average over time. Players who are transferred are reset to average morale at their new club.
