What is FootieManager?
FootieManager is an online football (soccer) management game where people from all around the world take charge of a football club, run every part of it and pit their teams against one another.
Who can play?
Anyone who has regular internet access and a valid email address is able to play.
How much does it cost?
The Standard game is free. A Premier pay-to-play version of the game is available for managers who want more of a challenge.
How can I join?
Register your details online by following the appropriate links. Acceptance of your registration may be delayed when the server is exceptionally busy, or alternatively queued for manual validation. If there are no teams available, please be patient as new positions are created to meet demand all the time.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse registration entries or to remove people from the game. Reasons for removal include (but are not limited to) abusive actions/language towards other players or staff running the games and cheating or anything detrimental to the gaming experience of other players. Controlling more than one club in any free game or sharing your login details to other players is not permitted and offenders will be removed from the game. Players who register with false names will also be removed.
Can I run more than one club?
You are only permitted to run one team in any of the free games. In addition to this you are allowed to control a maximum of one team in each premier game. The reason for allowing only one team in the free games is to allow new players to try the game out. Players running more than 1 free team will be removed from the game.
When are matches played?
Each game plays its matches on its own timetable, always at the same time of day. Most games play twice a week, for example on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and some play every day. The days and time for each game are shown when you choose your club, so you can pick one that suits you.
You do not need to be online when your matches are played. If you like, you can choose to be emailed when your results are ready.
